STEM Femme Fellowship

Description

Roles and Responsibilities: 

* Conduct skill gap analysis. 

* Collaborate with IT companies and MSMEs to identify gig work, employment opportunities, and entrepreneurship pathways. 

* Identify and onboard women participants with basic computer skills from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. 

* Facilitate digital training on tools/software such as Canva, MS Excel, content writing, and more. 

* Prepare an action plan detailing the training timeline, assessments, and certifications. 

* Conduct skill assessments of participants before and after the training programme. 

* Track progress, document case studies, and compile an impact assessment report. 

 Eligibility Criteria: 

* Open to women and non-binary individuals residing in Kerala. 

* Background in technology, social work, mid-management, or related fields. 

* Commitment to a six-month fellowship, working creatively and autonomously to achieve goals. 

* Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
