Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Support

2. Web Application Usage

*Utilize the platform's web applications for scheduling, reporting, and communications.

3. Sales Support

* Assist in managing and maintaining customer and tutor

* Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students and parents.

* Support the sales team in follow-up communications.

* Track leads and conversions using CRM tools.

* Work closely with the sales, marketing, and academic teams to align on goals.
