About the Role:
Starbase Innovations is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join the HarithaMithram project, an initiative aimed at sustainable technology solutions for environmental management and green initiatives. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. We are looking for a personable, proactive individual with strong communication skills who is passionate about environmental sustainability and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HarithaMithram customers, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about the project and its sustainable offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts, record interactions, and update information in CRM systems to ensure accurate and efficient service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and operations, to relay customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Assist in planning and executing customer engagement activities, including workshops, webinars, and green initiatives.
  • Provide support in preparing project documentation, reports, and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Educate customers on sustainable practices promoted by HarithaMithram and encourage their active participation in these initiatives.
