Job Title: Flutter Developer Intern

Internship Duration: 3 months (1 + 2 months)

Location: Trivandrum

Stipend: Unpaid

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Flutter Developer Intern to join our development team for a 3-month internship program. The internship will be split into an initial 1-month evaluation period, followed by a further 2 months for candidates who demonstrate satisfactory performance. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to gain hands-on experience in mobile app development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and developing mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with senior developers to implement user-friendly interfaces and enhance app functionality.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Work with the team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Flutter development.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Basic understanding of mobile app development principles (Dart, Flutter).
• Familiarity with state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, etc.) is preferred.
• Knowledge of Git for version control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Performance Evaluation: The first month will serve as an evaluation period. Candidates will be assessed based on their coding skills, problem-solving ability, and adaptability to the project. Candidates who demonstrate satisfactory performance will be allowed to continue the internship for the remaining 2 months.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ongoing or completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience with mobile app development frameworks (Flutter or similar) is a plus.
