Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR intern who is eager to gain practical experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
  • Help organize training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives to improve workplace culture.
  • Maintain and update employee records and assist in preparing HR reports.
  • Contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement, performance management, and company culture.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions, laws, and regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
