Job Description

We are looking for driven and results-oriented TeleSales Specialist Interns to join our sales team. In this role, you will learn the art of sales and customer relationship management, engaging with potential clients over the phone to promote our products/services. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales strategies, communication skills, and lead generation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels and make outbound calls to introduce our offerings.
  • Sales Pitching: Communicate product features and benefits effectively, addressing customer needs and objections to close sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
  • Data Management: Record and update customer details and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards individual and team sales targets under the guidance of experienced sales professionals.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or related degree.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
