Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by helping with documentation, orientation, and employee setup.
  3. Employee Engagement: Help organize and support employee engagement activities and events.
  4. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, assist with HR documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  5. Learning & Development: Support training sessions and track employee development initiatives.
  6. Data Management: Assist in compiling HR reports and maintaining HR systems and databases.
  7. Policy Implementation: Provide assistance in communicating HR policies and guidelines to employees.
  8. HR Projects: Work on special HR projects as assigned, providing fresh ideas and helping with execution.
This internship can completed either fulltime/part time.
