  Job Description

  We are looking for Hindi-speaking TeleCollection Specialist Interns to join our Mumbai office. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the collections process, where you will develop skills in communication, negotiation, and account management. You will work closely with clients to facilitate timely payment collection while ensuring a professional and positive interaction.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Debt Collection: Contact clients with outstanding dues and negotiate payment arrangements to recover overdue payments.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients professionally in Hindi, building rapport and effectively addressing payment-related queries.
  • Database Management: Accurately document all interactions and payment statuses in the CRM system for future reference and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the finance and customer service teams to address any issues or disputes related to client accounts.

  Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or any related degree.
  • Proficiency in spoken Hindi is essential.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage client interactions with professionalism and patience.
