Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company’s products or services and secure sales or appointments.
- Inbound Calls: Handle inbound inquiries, resolving customer questions or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Lead Generation: Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions or services.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with customers to close sales or offer after-sales support.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer conversations, including call logs and feedback.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or objections effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Gather feedback from customers and report trends, concerns, or competitive insights to the team.
Experience:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome to apply.
