Key Responsibilities
- Office Operations: Monitor and assist in daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Employee Engagement: Participate in and help organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- File and Database Management: Assist HR staff in maintaining employee files and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Recruitment Support: Aid in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Correspondence Handling: Review and respond to general HR inquiries and correspondence as required.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and arrange meetings, including preparing meeting materials and setting up logistics.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor inventory and manage orders to maintain adequate stock of office supplies.
Education: MBA HR
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Gain practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes.
