Job Description

We are seeking motivated and goal-oriented TeleCollection Specialist Interns to join our team. In this role, you will learn effective debt recovery strategies by engaging with clients to secure outstanding payments. The internship provides a valuable opportunity to build skills in communication, negotiation, and customer management.

Key Responsibilities

• Debt Recovery: Contact clients with outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans to secure timely collections.
• Account Management: Maintain accurate records of communication and payment statuses within the CRM system.
• Customer Interaction: Handle client inquiries and address concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience while securing payments.
• Collaboration: Work with the finance and customer service teams to resolve account issues and track collection efforts.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or related degree.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and financial principles is a plus.
