Role Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Placement Intern to support our recruitment and placement activities. The intern will assist in managing the end-to-end hiring process and play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize recruitment channels like job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and provide feedback throughout the process.
  • Perform reference checks, background verifications, and employment checks for selected candidates.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
