Job Description (HR Internship)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Help with employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Contribute to HR policies, documentation, and compliance.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
