Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. This role involves assisting with client management, sales strategy, and market expansion while working closely with the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Address sales-related issues promptly.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training sales team members.
- Manage growth in assigned markets and client portfolios.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with measurable KPIs.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Pursuing/completed degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Passion for sales and business growth.
