Description

· Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and initial candidate communication.

· Support onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, induction materials, and coordinating orientation sessions.

· Maintain HR records and update employee data in HR management systems.

· Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs.

· Help with payroll-related activities and ensure timely processing of employee benefits.

· Contribute to performance management processes by assisting in performance evaluations and appraisals.

· Provide support in handling employee queries and resolving HR-related concerns.

· Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

· Help in tracking and maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

· Support with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing HR reports.

Requirements:

· Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow within the HR domain.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

· Previous internship or experience in an HR-related role is a plus.

· Basic understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and HR best practices.
