About the Opportunity

Kerala State Climate Change Adaptation Mission is seeking a highly motivated Intern – Data Analysis & Documentation to support our climate change initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in research, data analysis, and documentation while working with a government mission focused on climate resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and updating reports, presentations, and documentation related to climate change adaptation projects.
  • Work in close coordination with the Programme and Administration Departments to support project implementation.
  • Conduct data collection, analysis, and visualization to support climate change studies and policy reports.
  • Contribute to research on climate adaptation strategies, mitigation measures, and policy recommendations.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, stakeholder consultations, and documentation of key discussions.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Postgraduate degree in Climate Change, Environmental Science, Geography 
  • Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Additional Perks

While this is an unpaid internship, a Travel Allowance and a minimum subsistance allowance will be provided for assignments requiring travel beyond city limits.
