Job Summary:

We are hiring Trainee Engineers to work on solar energy projects, offering an excellent opportunity for freshers and individuals with technical qualifications. The role involves site visits, engineering tasks, addressing client queries, and troubleshooting issues. This is an ideal position for those eager to learn and grow in the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit project sites to monitor and report on work progress.
  • Perform engineering tasks as directed by senior engineers and project managers.
  • Prepare detailed site reports, documenting progress and challenges.
  • Travel across Kerala and outside Kerala for site supervision and client interactions.
  • Address client queries and resolve on-site issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with the project and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma, BTech, or BE in any engineering discipline.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in solar projects is an advantage.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across sites in Kerala and outside the state.
  • Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic environment.
