Responsibilities

*Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.

*Talent acquisition as per the day-to-day requirements of the company 

*Manage the onboarding process, including induction sessions, documentation, and new hire system setup.

*Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolutions.

*Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure confidentiality.

*Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating HR policies as needed.

*Assist in organizing performance reviews and tracking progress on individual and team goals.

*Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.

*Oversee office operations, including facility maintenance, inventory management, and vendor coordination.

*Ensure availability of office supplies and manage procurement.

*Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and provide administrative support to management.

*Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure smooth operations and onboarding processes.

*Maintain proper records of employee attendance, leave, and payroll.

*Generate HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
