Description

This short-term, on-site internship is offered under the STRIDE initiative, which works towards inclusive innovation and the development of low-tech assistive and adaptive devices for persons with disabilities. The internship provides hands-on exposure to socially relevant, community-focused work that contributes directly to improving accessibility and independence for people with diverse abilities.

Interns will support day-to-day activities, assist the core team in ongoing projects, and actively participate in different tasks. This opportunity allows interns to learn about the design, testing, and real-world application of assistive and adaptive devices, while also gaining insight into inclusive design, disability perspectives, and social impact initiatives.

Social Relevance:

Through STRIDE, interns will engage with initiatives that address real needs identified from communities and institutions, contributing to solutions that promote dignity, inclusion, and equal access. This is an unpaid internship. A certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the internship period.
