Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Business Development Executive (Sales Calling) to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in connecting with potential clients, nurturing leads, and turning opportunities into long-term business relationships. This role demands a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a results-driven attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Sales Outreach
Identify and contact potential clients via cold calling, networking, and online research.
Introduce EQMax Tech Solutions' range of services and generate interest.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building
Build rapport and understand the unique needs of each prospective client.
Provide expert insights into our offerings, tailoring pitches to client requirements.
Proposal Development and Presentation
Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals.
Present solutions that align with clients’ business goals in digital marketing, SEO, branding, and web development.
Sales Negotiation and Conversion
Navigate sales conversations with finesse, addressing concerns and highlighting benefits.
Convert leads into committed clients, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Market Intelligence and Feedback Loop
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
Share insights with the team to refine our services and sales strategies.
Reporting and Performance Tracking
Keep meticulous records of interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions in CRM tools.
Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and progress.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development (1+ years preferred).
Strong sales techniques and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and Malayalam (both written and spoken).
Proficient knowledge of Social Media Marketing, SEO, Digital Marketing, Branding, Web Development, and Meta Ads.
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into business opportunities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
