As a Sales Engineer Intern, you will bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs. This role involves assisting the sales team in understanding technical requirements, presenting product solutions, and supporting customer interactions to drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying customer needs and proposing suitable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Support pre-sales activities, including customer meetings and technical discussions.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor products.
- Provide technical support to potential clients, answering product-related queries.
- Work with engineering teams to understand product specifications and improvements.
- Document customer feedback and assist in refining sales strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical and sales skills.
