Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales.
- Create and post engaging content (reels, posts, stories) across platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Analyze social media performance and optimize campaigns for better engagement.
- Manage paid ad campaigns within budget to increase reach and conversions.
- Sales:
- Make sales calls to potential and existing customers to drive revenue.
- Identify and develop new sales leads through research and outreach.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Content Creation:
- Create visually appealing and creative content for marketing, including product videos and images.
- Edit videos and images to professional standards for promotional use.
- Website Management:
- Manage and update the company website with new products, promotions, and content.
- Optimize the website for user experience and SEO to drive organic traffic.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle office work related to documentation, scheduling, and organization.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, sales, or content creation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in video editing tools and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website management.
- Creative mindset with a passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.
