Position Overview:
BEST Foods is looking for a proactive and organized Operations Intern to support various aspects of food preparation and store operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing end-to-end operations in a professional food production environment.

Key Details:

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Stipend: ₹3,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational background in Hotel Management or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards and inventory management is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation and Production: Assist in the entire process of borma operations, including mixing, processing, and quality checks of raw materials. Support the preparation of various food products in adherence to hygiene and quality standards.
  • Equipment Handling: Monitor the use and maintenance of production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Inventory and Store Management: Assist in inventory tracking, stocking, and managing raw materials and finished goods. Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Process Optimization: Observe and suggest improvements in production and operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality regulations throughout the operations process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with production and store teams to coordinate daily activities and address operational challenges.

Leave Policy:
Since Saturdays and Sundays are not holidays due to the business activity demands of the hotel industry, interns are allowed to take leave on any other day of the week, provided prior notice is given to the manager.
