Work readiness Programme is a Grooming module to enhance the interview skills of a candidate and make himself/herself confident to be able to present before an interview panel.
After the completion of the training, the candidate will:
1. Be aware of interview etiquettes, presentation skills, resume preparation, group discussions, mock interviews and perform well in the upcoming interview process
2. Support the candidate in building confidence and performing well in the interview process and thereby increase the chance of getting placement.
3. Develop a positive attitude that is useful for placements
