Course Overview
To empower participants with practical digital productivity skills by introducing them to essential workplace tools, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams). By the end of the program, participants will be able to create professional documents, manage basic data operations, design simple digital posters, prepare effective presentations, schedule and host online meetings, and understand foundational networking and workplace soft skills required in modern technical environments.
