he Virology and Cellular Assays course is a skill-focused program designed to provide learners with foundational knowledge and practical exposure to virology and cell-based experimental techniques used in biomedical research and the life sciences industry. The course covers the basic principles of virus structure, classification, replication, and host–virus interactions, with an emphasis on laboratory applications.

Learners will be introduced to essential cell culture techniques, biosafety practices, and virology-related cellular assays such as plaque assays, cytopathic effect (CPE) analysis, viral titration methods, cell viability and cytotoxicity assays, and antiviral screening assays. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, data analysis, and interpretation of experimental results in accordance with industry and research standards.
