Course Overview
This Training of Trainers (TOT) program is designed to equip mentors with the knowledge, tools, and techniques to deliver specifically designed modules for a 2 day refresher course for each job role aimed at empowering job seekers to face job interviews and to get jobs . The course focuses on activities including project works/case studies/experience sessions for achieving the specific objectives preferably as group work. After each of the activities the job seekers will present the outputs, findings and insights. Materials will be given to support and hand-hold them to carry out the activities with ease, thereby enhancing their confidence. Reflection questionnaires need to be given to help them get clarity and to help them realise what they have learnt & how it has enhanced their confidence .
Mentors will also be trained to guide students in effectively using the Digital Workforce Management System (DWMS), with special emphasis on leveraging 2 day refresher courses for continuous skill development. Through this TOT, mentors will learn to conduct engaging sessions, provide one-on-one guidance, and track learner progress, ensuring students are job-ready and confident.

Train mentors to facilitate group-based activities where job seekers collaboratively engage in tasks and present outputs, findings, and insights—fostering teamwork, problem-solving, and communication. Enable mentors to use supporting materials and reflection tools to enhance learners’ clarity, boost self-awareness, and build confidence through structured feedback and guided self-assessment. Develop mentors’ capacity to provide personalized mentoring, offer one-on-one guidance, and track learner progress throughout the training journey. Empower mentors to train learners in navigating the Digital Workforce Management System (DWMS) effectively, including how to access online learning resources and integrate refresher courses for ongoing skill development. Foster skills in motivating and engaging job seekers, ensuring active participation and helping learners transition from training to employment with increased confidence.
