Course Overview
The Confidence Building module is a short-term, high-impact training designed to enhance the self-assurance and employability of job seekers. Spanning 3 hours, the course blends theory and practical activities to help participants understand the role of confidence in career success and develop it through actionable strategies.
Participants will engage in:
· Personal SWOT analysis to assess strengths and areas for growth
· Body language and power pose exercises to project confidence
· Guided visualization and SMART goal setting to build clarity and motivation
· Peer feedback and reflection for deeper self-awareness
· Exposure to free upskilling options via DWMS

This 3-hour interactive module is designed
to help job seekers build self-confidence for their career journey. Through
activities like personal SWOT analysis, body language practice, goal setting,
and guided visualization, participants will develop the mindset and skills

Participants will also learn to set meaningful and achievable goals using the SMART framework, use visualization techniques to mentally prepare for success, and engage in peer-to-peer feedback to enhance self-awareness.
