The Training of Trainers (TOT) for Soft Skill Mentors is a comprehensive program designed to equip mentors with the skills and tools needed to effectively train students in key employability areas—Resume Building, Confidence Building, and Interview Readiness. In addition to these core soft skills, the program also trains mentors to guide students in navigating the Digital Workforce Management System (DWMS) and utilizing Online Learning for self-paced digital upskilling. The course blends interactive workshops, practical activities, and digital platform walkthroughs to ensure mentors are well-prepared to support student success. By the end of the program, participants will be able to deliver impactful training sessions, offer personalized guidance, and promote the use of online learning resources to help students enhance their job readiness and career growth.

This Training of Trainers (TOT) program is designed to equip mentors with the knowledge, tools, and techniques to deliver impactful soft skill training to students and job seekers. The course focuses on three core areas—Resume Building, Confidence Building, and Interview Readiness—essential for enhancing employability in today’s job market.
Mentors will also be trained to guide students in effectively using the Digital Workforce Management System (DWMS), with special emphasis on leveraging Online learning courses for continuous skill development. Through this TOT, mentors will learn to conduct engaging sessions, provide one-on-one guidance, and track learner progress, ensuring students are job-ready and confident.Enable mentors to teach effective resume building techniques tailored to various job roles. Equip mentors to help learners build self-confidence and improve communication skills. Prepare mentors to train students for different types of interviews using proven strategies. Train mentors to guide students in navigating DWMS and accessing Online Learning courses. Develop mentors’ ability to provide personalized support and track learner progress.
