Healthcare Front Office Management is a demanding role within the healthcare sector, requiring profound understanding, strong communication, organizational and time management skills, alongside conflict resolution abilities. This program equips students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to navigate daily challenges effectively. Emphasizing traits such as calmness, compassion, and resourcefulness, students learn to display empathy towards patients, bystanders, and relatives. The curriculum underscores the importance of developing soft skills, interpersonal abilities, personal grooming, and computer literacy, complemented by essential medical knowledge to ensure client and management satisfaction. The six-month program consists of a 03-month class curriculum featuring case studies, practical training, role plays, and interpersonal skills development, followed by a three-month internship at healthcare organizations, allowing students to gain invaluable real-world experience and refine their skills to meet evolving industry demands.

OBJECTIVE: · The Healthcare Front Office Management program aims to: · Provide a profound understanding of healthcare organizations' purpose, structures, and operations. · Develop strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. · Equip students with comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, diagnostic procedures, and treatment methodologies. · Impart proficiency in Hospital Management Information Software, EMR/EHR systems, and basic computer and typing skills. · Enhance understanding of healthcare policies and laws, Quality Assurance and Management Practices, Customer Service Excellence, and Feedback Management. · Prepare students for diverse roles such as Front Office Executive, Billing Staff, Guest Relations Executive, or Public Relations Officer.
