This Electrical QC & Electrical Designing course provides a comprehensive exploration of electrical quality control (QC) and electrical designing, encompassing fundamental principlesand advanced techniques. Participants will delve into topics such as basic electricity, electro- magnetism, electric motor theory, motor circuit analysis, vibration analysis, thermography, electrical signature analysis, and partial discharge theory. The course also covers electrical designing concepts, including layout, wiring, power calculations, transformer, and UPSselection. Practical sessions and quizzes enhance hands-on application and reinforce theoretical knowledge. Upon completion, participants will possess a solid understanding of quality control methodologies in electrical systems and the fundamentals of electrical designing.

 To understand fundamental electrical principles: Acquire a solid foundation in basic electricity, electro-magnetism, and electric motor theory.  To perform Motor Circuit Analysis Testing: Develop proficiency in testing AC and DC machines, analyzing motor circuits, and identifying faults. To apply Vibration Analysis and Infrared Thermography: Gain practical skills in using vibration analysis and thermography for electric motor fault detection.  To master Electrical Signature Analysis: Learn pattern recognition of AC/DC machines, analyze electrical faults, and identify coil-to-coil shorts.   To comprehend Partial Discharge Theory: Understand the theory and measurement procedures of partial discharge in electrical systems.   To explore Harmonic Analysis in Electrical Systems: Learn about harmonic analysis, voltage distortion, current distortion, total harmonic distortion, and the impact of nonlinear loads.   To introduce Electrical Designing Concepts: Understand the basics of electrical designing, transmission concepts, layout, and wiring principles.   To perform Electrical Power Calculations: Gain proficiency in calculating electrical power requirements for different applications.   To select Transformers and UPS systems: Understand the criteria and procedures for selecting transformers and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems.
