Understand QA/QC Concepts: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles applicable to civil construction projects. Apply International Standards: Familiarize participants with ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 standards, ensuring adherence to international codes and standards. Prepare Inspection Procedures: Develop the skills to prepare inspection procedures and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITP) in civil construction projects. Conduct Quality Control Tests: Perform a variety of quality control tests on coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, and cement, using both destructive and non-destructive methods. Master Destructive and Non-Destructive Testing: Acquire proficiency in destructive testing methods, including petrography analysis and concrete core extraction tests, as well as non-destructive testing methods like rebound hammer tests, ultrasonic pulse velocity tests, and infrared thermography tests. Implement QA/QC System: Learn how to implement and monitor QA/QC systems, ensuring compliance with project quality plans and specific quality procedures.
