Food Production Cookery (Apprenticeship - NAPS)

Course Overview

A student of this program will be given an internship with hands-on training in the basics of Food and Beverage at one of the CGH Earth Experience Hotels. The program will take them through the foundations of food, cuisines, mise en place, food safety, equipment and ingredient knowledge, basics of cooking, guest interaction etc. As part of this program they will be trained in some of our best kitchens and also give them exposure to the world of health and responsible cuisine. This will be their stepping stone towards a world of opportunities within and outside India. There will be close monitoring and handholding by the seniors to enable a fast paced learning experience. Continuous feedback will close the learning gaps and mould them to a career that is in demand in the industry. While on training they will be provided with an internship of Rs 2000 per month along with shared accommodation, meals while on duty and uniforms. The opportunity to meet and interact with customers / guests from all parts of the world is an added advantage as they build their career. We believe that imparting life skills to these youngsters will unleash their true potential.
