A student of this program will be given an internship with hands-on training in the basics of Food and Beverage at one of CGH Earth Experience Hotels. The program will take them through the foundations of being a Service personnel by training them on  Restaurant setups, basics of service types and sequence. Guest Interaction, order taking, food safety etc. There will be close monitoring and handholding by the seniors to enable a fast paced learning experience. Continuous feedback will close the learning gaps and mould them to a career that is in demand in the industry nationally and internationally. While on training they will be provided with an internship of Rs 2000 per month along with shared accomodation, meals while on duty and uniforms. The opportunity to meet and interact with customers / guests from all parts of the world is an added advantage as they build their career.
